If you have CCleaner as a way to optimize your system, CCEnhancer is a great third party add-on for this freeware. CCleaner will pretty much function the same, but CCEnhancer allows more support for 500+ programs. Now CCleaner will have more rules and definitions for your programs you want to clean out to optimize your system even more. To run this software it is recommended to run the software as admin. Windows 7 most likely is handled as “Run as administrator” when your right-click the executable. From there just click on “Download Latest” and your CCleaner software will be updated with more definitions/rules.
