This is a great tool to have on your computer. This tools is also freeware as well. This utility allows you to optimize your registry files by “defragging” and compacting your registry. It essence, it helps fill in fragments and helps your computer run more efficiently. When you are using this tool, make sure everything you are working on is closed, and then start the program. When you start the program, the tool will be going through its process to optimize your registry which will take a few minutes. After it’s done, follow the directions and reboot your computer. Don’t worry if the reboot process is long, it will take a while for the registry process to fully complete.
After that’s done, you have an optimized and compact registry.
